This module presents teaching tools that can be used to help learners enhance communication among child health professionals, children, and families during health visits by helping health professionals develop the skills, knowledge, and attitudes they need to communicate effectively.

The Communication module consists of a series of three sessions. Download the complete Communication module.Sessions 1 and 2 provide two options each (A and B).

Select Option B to access the content of the Foundation Session in an interactive, web based format.

Session 1: Learning to Listen Actively

Option B:	Reflection on the learners' individual experiences

When Foundation Session, Option A (involving a videotape) is chosen, Enrichment Session, Option A (involving the same videotape) should also be chosen.
